ORDERING

Ordering is easy and secure with MICROPAK’s online shopping cart. There is no minimum order size. Just one standard unit (ctn., pkg., etc.) as shown in the item description can be ordered by itself, however, ordering multiple items at the same time helps you save on shipping. If you prefer to fax your order, instead of using MICROPAK's secure online shopping cart, download and print MICROPAK ORDER FORM Fax your completed Order Form to 813-754-9226.  We will complete the shipping information for you and fax your order back with a total.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and usually ship within 24-48 hours F.O.B. stocking warehouse via standard ground within the Continental U.S. only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally. Customer is responsible for submitting accurate shipping address.

Carriers do not guarantee a delivery date or time frame for standard ground shipments, however, orders usually arrive within a week of your order date, with some exceptions due to various holidays throughout the year. During the peak fourth quarter shipping season, lead times may stretch out as much as two weeks, please plan accordingly.

While it is our goal to ship your order in one shipment, orders for multiple items may arrive in more than one shipment, as items are shipped from the closest stocking warehouse to your destination, in the interest of reducing in-transit time and keep shipping costs to a minimum.

Product availability and pricing is subject to change without notice. Product specifications are subject to standard deviations.

If you wish to have your order expedited or shipped via your carrier account, please call us with your carrier account information to make arrangements. Orders shipped via your carrier account incur a $7.95 shipping/handling charge. The actual shipping charges will be billed to your carrier account per the terms of your agreement with that carrier.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If product damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately at orders@micropakpkg.com with the order number and nature of the damage so that we can make arrangements to correct the situation in a timely fashion.

If you wish to return product for any other reason, please notify us at orders@micropakpkg.com within 14 days of receipt, with the order number and reason for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. It is recommended that you insure your return shipment in the event of loss or damage. Upon receipt of items in new resalable condition, we will issue credit for the amount of the returned item less a 25% restocking fee ($10.00 minimum). Exchanges do not incur a restocking charge.

Returns are not accepted on Clearance items.

Information provided to us will only be used to process your order or to communicate with you directly. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with a third party or any others outside of the scope of providing service directly related to your order.
